    • Concierge service – At The Chanakya Concierge, find dedicated personal assistants trained to make your visit well organized and accessible. Our professionally trained team will be available at the ground floor to assist you with directions, guidelines, bookings, store enquiries, transport and other customer services.
    • Handsfree shopping – At The Chanakya, our hands free shopping service makes indulgence across fashion, food and cinema a delight. You can have your bags conveyed to your vehicle by our staff. You can contact the concierge to avail this service.
    • Differently Abled Restrooms – The Chanakya offers well maintained handicapped washrooms on the Ground floor and Second Floor. These washrooms can be utilized by guests on wheelchairs.
    • Valet Parking – Our professional drivers are available at the doorstep of the main porch, trained to park and retrieve your vehicles as needed while you enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience. When you are done, you can handover the Valet parking ticket to our Valet staff and they will bring your car back to the main porch for you.
    • Baby feeding facilities – The baby feeding facility is situated on the First floor between the ladies and men’s washroom.
    • Mobility Services – For mobility-impaired visitors, The Chanakya offers complimentary wheelchairs.
    • Lost and Found Assistance – Lost items from our visitors are promptly identified and matched with the corresponding claims, ultimately reuniting these belongings with their rightful owners. If you require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to the concierge desk located on the Ground Floor.
    • Taxi on Call – Arrangements can be made through the concierge team for premium and standard rental cars. Any time you require a taxi, you can contact our concierge team on the ground floor.
