ANITA DONGRE – GRASSROOT

Anita Dongre Grassroot is born out of the need to revive and sustain Indian handcrafted traditions by translating them into contemporary, sustainable fashion. Through collaborations with independent artisans and NGOs, Grassroot provides steady opportunities to skilled craftspeople in remote villages, ensuring fair wages and thus empowering them with better livelihoods. This effort is reversing the effects of labour migration, all the while embracing sustainable designs.
